Through 5 years of managing the business, we understand that communications is not everyone\u2019s strong suit, although it has been generally agreed to be one of the most important skills of the 21st Century. Good communication can save time, helps to avoid misunderstanding, resolve conflict, and build relationships that are of better quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone today can express themselves more freely and easily. Whether it be through messaging services or social media, communication shapes the way we live in this era of technology. But everyone being able to communicate does not mean that we are all great at communications. Celeste Headlee is an author and radio talkshow host. What\u2019s interesting about her is that she emphasizes on being genuine in communications. According to her \u201cThere is no reason to learn how to show you\u2019re paying attention if you are in fact paying attention\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the TED Talk Celeste says every conversation now can turn into an argument and she provides a few tips to avoid that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The most important thing is to listen.
