• We will charge your card on weekly basis.

How does it work?

1. Log in to our customer portal at https://app.matdespatch.com
2. On your dashboard, click on Add Credit Card icon.
3. On Billing – Manage Credit Cards, click Add Credit Card button.
4. You will be redirected to MOLPay – Secure Online Payment. MOLPay is Malaysian Payment System Act 2003 compliance.
5. Enter your credit card information and click Pay Online button.
6. Your credit card will be charged RM2.00 and the amount will be credited into your Matdespatch.com account.
7. You can start booking your shipments with us.
8. We will charge your card on weekly basis, every Monday.
