Starting 1st September 2018, SMS notifications will be made optional and charged only RM 0.15/sms.
To enjoy cheaper SMS services at only RM 0.10/sms (50% discount), you can top up as low as RM 500 only.
You can enable the service in your Profile > Notify my receiver on collected/delivery via SMS.
Your recipients will be notified via SMS once the parcel has been collected by our partners. We decided to trigger SMS notification on collection instead of booking confirmation due to the shipment order may be cancelled before being picked up by our partners due to typo mistakes, etc.

Tired of typing your recipient contact and address information one by one?
We have just launched Instabook feature in which you can simply share your Instabook link with your potential customers and ask them to fill up their contact and address information so you can fulfil your customers’ orders a lot faster, without having to enter their contact and address information thus reducing typo mistakes.
Upon log into your customer portal, go to Integration > Setup > + Integration > Instabook, and follow on-screen instructions. You can check and fulfil all your Instabook orders in Integration > Imported orders.
